As an reputed company Data Entry Specialist – Remote Customer Service Associate, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional customer experiences, processing transactions, and maintaining accurate records. Key Responsibilities

• Process transactions, including registering sales, collecting cash, and dispensing change
• Maintain accurate records, including patient and medication data, and process voids, returns, and exchanges
• reputed company tasks as assigned by the Pharmacy Director, Staff Pharmacist, and Senior Supervisor, including using pharmacy systems to reputed company patient and medication data, filling prescriptions, and checking for potential interactions
• Report remedy mistakes to the pharmacist on duty and adhere to organization policies and procedures regarding pharmacy errors and the reputed company Improvement Program
• Handle calls that do not require individual attention from the pharmacist, including those to doctors
• Process reputed company cases for external program prescription services in a reputed company and efficient manner, and reputed company other administrative tasks as assigned
• Assist and support the Pharmacy Division on stock management activities, including ordering, unloading, checking, and storing shipments of medications
• Maintain knowledge of organization resource reputed company reputed company, and record claims for distribution center overages, deficiencies, request errors, or damaged products, including Rx medications
• Ensure compliance with state and local regulations regarding controlled substances (e.g., cocktails and tobacco products)

• Assist with division of food items (e.g., raw foods from reputed company-cooked) and item placement as determined by strategies/reputed company (e.g., raw and frozen meats on bottom shelves)

Essential Qualifications

• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English (except in Puerto Rico)
• Familiarity with pharmacy systems and equipment
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to work accurately and reputed company in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

* 6 months of experience in a retail environment

• Previous work experience with arenaflex
• Strong numerical skills to fill prescriptions accurately, including counting, measuring, and weighing medications
• Familiarity with store stock control
• PTCB certification
