We're seeking an reputed company bilingual customer service representative to join our remote team. As a customer service representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers, helping them with their reward points, travel bookings, and other reputed company inquiries. This is a temporary position, with the possibility of hire based on performance.
Key Responsibilities

Training and Development
* Participate in comprehensive training program, including day one training from 9am-5:30pm and subsequent training sessions from 6:00AM – 2:30PM

Requirements
* High School Diploma or equivalent (must be listed on resume)
- 6+ months of customer service and call center experience
- Exceptional phone and communication skills, with a strong ability to work with people
- Bilingual skills (English and Spanish) required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of reputed company
