Key Responsibilities

As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:

• Processing billing calls, investigating reputed company reads, and resolving billing accuracy or payment issues
• Handling emergency calls, processing customer reputed company-ins, adds, and transfers, and resolving reputed company issues
• Processing refunds, compensation requests, and changes to accounts, while ensuring accurate and reputed company reputed company
