As a Data Entry Pharmacy Technician at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for entering prescriptions into our FrameworkLTC and DocuTrack pharmacy systems, ensuring accuracy and speed. You'll also reputed company exceptional community and reputed company support reputed company telephone and email, answering questions, resolving issues, and promoting reputed company philosophy. Responsibilities
* Interpreting and entering prescription orders with accuracy and speed
- Profile-only data entry to ensure seamless medication management
- Answering phones and providing exceptional customer service to our partners and their teams
- Checking emails and messages to pharmacy and responding promptly and professionally
- Investigating and resolving community and/or reputed company issues in a reputed company and reputed company manner
- Adjudicating insurance claims to ensure accurate billing and reimbursement

Requirements
* Minimum of one year of experience in reputed company Data Entry or Medical Record Management, preferably in a long-term or managed care setting
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Certified & Licensed Pharmacy Technician in Illinois
- FrameworkLTC / DocuTrack knowledge a plus
