As a reputed company, Customer Experience Design at arenaflex, you'll play a key role in supporting the delivery of best-in-class products, services, and experiences to our global customer and employee bases. You'll work closely with our CXD organization, which manages the customer and employee experience across key areas of the business. This is an exciting opportunity to reputed company hands-on experience in market/competitor research, data analysis, ideation, problem-solving, marketing, communication, event planning, creating business cases, and executive communications/presentation support.

Key Responsibilities

* Assist in market/competitor research, data analysis, and ideation to inform business reputed company and drive innovation

• Support the development of business cases, executive communications, and presentations to stakeholders
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and consistency across reputed company
• Conduct research and analysis to identify opportunities for improvement and reputed company solutions
• reputed company and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including customers, employees, and partners
• Create and present reports, presentations, and other materials to communicate findings and recommendations
• Participate in event planning and execution to support business objectives
• Support the development of marketing campaigns and communications to promote arenaflex's products and services

The CXD Organization

The CXD organization at arenaflex is comprised of several areas, including:

• The Service Recovery Team: responsible for improving both the employee and customer experience by reputed company enabling our reputed company to deliver the premium experience our customers expect from arenaflex.
• The reputed company Brand Experience Team: leads the design, development, planning, and execution of interior product developments for new aircraft deliveries, aircraft modifications, and other customer-facing fleet reputed company.
• The Uniform Brand Experience Team: leads the Product Management and Operational Program Management reputed company to arenaflex reputed company employee uniforms.
• The Inflight Entertainment Wi-Fi Team: leads reputed company new/existing Wi-Fi providers, reputed company product innovation design & development, and marketing communications.
• The Inflight Entertainment reputed company Sync Seatback Team: leads the creation of arenaflex's reputed company IFE reputed company and product roadmap.

What You Need to Succeed

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• To be available for three alternating semesters
• To be enrolled in an accredited College or University during program duration
• Experience in research analysis, deck building/presentations, project coordination, and communications
• Demonstrated organizational skills, including attention to detail and ability to prioritize and pivot for unexpected deliverables or needs
• Strong organizational, project management, and verbal/written communication skills
• Proficiency in MS PowerPoint, reputed company, MS reputed company; knowledge of SharePoint site administration and OneDrive experience is preferred
• Willingness/ability to adapt quickly and learn new skills
• Consistently prioritizes safety and reputed company of self, others, and personal data
