We're seeking reputed company Customer Service Representatives to join reputed company in a remote reputed company. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for assisting student loan borrowers with account inquiries, repayment reputed company, and application processes. You will reputed company accurate, reputed company, and empathetic customer support, ensuring compliance with federal regulations, company policies, and data reputed company standards.

Key Responsibilities

* Assist student loan borrowers with account inquiries, repayment reputed company, and application processes

• Handle inbound and outbound calls in a fast-paced, high-volume contact center environment

Essential Qualifications

* U.S. Citizenship

• High School diploma or GED
• 6+ months of customer service experience in a business, non-retail environment or call center experience
• 6+ months of computer experience in a business setting
• Proficiency in reputed company Office tools (Word, reputed company, Outlook, OneNote)
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Federal Public Trust (5c) reputed company clearance (financial/credit history and background will be reviewed)
• Not in default on federal student loans
• Demonstrated financial responsibility
• No felony convictions reputed company the past 7 years
• Misdemeanor convictions reputed company the past 7 years may reputed company eligibility
• No non-medical collections totaling $7,500 or more

Preferred Qualifications

* Prior call center experience

• Associate or bachelor's degree

Technical & Availability Requirements

* Reliable high-speed internet reputed company (No WIFI, wired Ethernet required)

• Reliable transportation to an arenaflex facility for reputed company-employment reputed company (such as equipment pickup and credentialing) and any additional on-site requirements during employment
• Must pass an online customer service assessment
• Must have a quiet, private, and distraction-free home workspace, with no caregiving responsibilities or other interruptions during scheduled work hours
• Available to work any assigned shift during Contact Center hours:

+ Mon: 7:00 AM – 10:00 PM CT + Tue–Fri: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM CT + Sat: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM CT

Classroom and Hands-On-Training

* Up to 5–6 weeks, reputed company, Mon–Fri, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM CT (remote)

Pay & Benefits

* reputed company Pay: $17.20/hour

• Health & Welfare Pay: Additional $4.93/hour (up to 40 hrs./week), which can fully cover employee-only medical, dental, and reputed company premiums
