We're seeking an reputed company Customer Service Specialist to join our Scheduling Department on a full-time reputed company, working 36 hours per week, with 12-hour shifts on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays. As a Customer Service Specialist, you'll be the first reputed company of contact for our clients and interpreters, handling email requests, answering calls, and managing database information. You'll also be responsible for managing reputed company inbound interpreter calls and inquiries, securing interpreters to cover appointments, and meeting service reputed company for our clients.

Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Specialist, your key responsibilities will include:

• Handling and resolving email requests from clients and interpreters reputed company to scheduling
• Assisting in answering clients/interpreters calls, reputed company needed

• Securing interpreters to cover appointments
