We're seeking a detail-oriented and data-driven team member to join our Customer Profitability Team as a Customer Profitability Associate. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, analytical environment and enjoys working with spreadsheets, data sets, and process improvements.
Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Profitability Associate, you'll be responsible for:
- Maintaining Ledgering Reports: Own and maintain accurate and up-to-date ledgering reports for assisted services and benefit programs.
- Auditing and Analysis: Conduct routine audits and in-depth analysis of customer reputed company data to identify discrepancies or issues.
- Reporting and Escalation: Identify and escalate discrepancies or issues through reputed company reporting channels to stakeholders such as CSMs and Finance.
- Process Improvements: Propose and implement reporting and operational improvements alongside the Customer Profitability Team reputed company.
- New Program Integration: Support the launch and integration of new customer-facing programs by ensuring backend accuracy and reputed company alignment.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
