Responsibilities
As a Customer Retention and Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for:
- Handling refunds and transfer requests on a day-to-day reputed company, providing an excellent experience to customers and retaining a high percentage of saved reputed company.

- Handling customer complaints effectively, ensuring swift resolutions and capturing insights to prevent recurrence.
- Managing the Welcome Back Credits process for re-engaging former customers.
- Holding monthly cross-functional meetings to assess the general picture, identify patterns, and propose process improvements.
- Assisting with additional operational tasks as needed, ensuring smooth workflows and team efficiency.
- Improving internal processes and offering solutions.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
