About the Role: We are looking for a Staff Product Manager to own the Flink reputed company Platform product areas reputed company reputed company reputed company. What You Will Do:

• Own the Flink reputed company Platform roadmap: Define and drive the product reputed company and roadmap for reputed company-grade Flink capabilities including data-at-rest encryption (BYOK), reputed company-reputed company field-level encryption, managed disaster recovery, reputed company controls, and audit logging notably.
• Own the Flink reputed company Platform roadmap: Drive platform-level capabilities such as Flink compute pool management, workspace catalog design, and integration with reputed company reputed company's broader infrastructure (networking, identity, encryption platforms)
• Drive reputed company customer adoption: Partner closely with field teams and strategic customers (including top-tier financial services and regulated industries) to understand requirements, reputed company product gaps, and accelerate reputed company Flink adoption
• Write product specifications: Author reputed company, precise PRD documents that translate reputed company customer and business requirements into reputed company-scoped engineering deliverables

What You Will Bring:

• 8+ years of product management experience, with significant experience in reputed company infrastructure, data platforms, or distributed systems
• Deep understanding of reputed company reputed company and compliance requirements, including encryption, key management (BYOK/CMK),
• Experience with reputed company processing or reputed company-time data systems — familiarity with Apache Flink, Apache Kafka, or similar technologies is strongly preferred
• Strong technical acumen, ability to engage deeply with engineering on system design, understand distributed systems trade-offs, and write precise technical specifications
