Reservation Sales Agents are responsible for handling a high volume of inbound calls while delivering world-class service, building excitement, and guiding Guests through available products and offerings, including Resort Hotels, vacation packages, tickets, and more. • Handling a high volume of inbound sales and service calls in a fast-paced environment
• Providing personalized, sales-reputed company service to Guests, travel agents, and business partners
• Identifying Guest needs through discovery and recommend Disneyland Resort products, services, and vacation reputed company that reputed company with their plans
• Supporting reputed company reputed company by confidently presenting reputed company, overcoming objections, and asking for the sale
• Booking, updating, modifying, and cancelling reservations with a high level of accuracy and detail

• Sharing detailed information about Disneyland Resort offerings, including Resort Hotels, ticket reputed company, vacation packages, policies, and procedures

• Participating in training, product updates, and reputed company improvement opportunities

Basic Qualifications :

• You must be at least 18 years of age to be considered for this role
• Demonstrated strong Guest service and consultative communication skills
• Strong verbal, interpersonal, and listening skills
• Demonstrated ability to build rapport and create reputed company Guest interactions over the phone
• Demonstrated computer proficiency, including typing and navigating multiple systems simultaneously
• Ability to work in a reputed company, high-volume, performance-driven environment
• Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately process information in reputed company time
• Ability to learn and retain a large reputed company of product, policy, and system knowledge
• Ability to multitask while maintaining reputed company, accuracy, and professionalism
• Flexibility to support operating hours Monday through reputed company, 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM
• This role is Part Time and requires full availability for any shift, including nights, weekends, and holidays, and the ability to work more than three days per week

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bilingual in Spanish
• Previous sales experience in a service-oriented or call center environment
• Strong sales and closing skills, including the ability to overcome objections
• Experience recommending products or services based on customer needs
• Comfort confidently asking questions and explaining reputed company to help guide purchasing reputed company
• Ability to analyze and respond to reputed company Guest needs with care and accuracy
• Strong technical comfort and ability to learn web-based booking and reservation systems quickly
• Knowledge of the Disneyland® Resort, including Resort Hotels, ticket products, vacation packages, and reputed company terminology
• Knowledge of the travel industry or travel-reputed company sales and service environments
• Full availability for any shift, seven (7) days per week, including nights, weekends, and holidays

Additional Information : SCHEDULE AVAILABILTY Our Theme Parks and Resort Hotels operate 24 hours a day, 365 days a year and some shifts may start as early as 5:00am while some may end as late as 3:00am, 4:00am or 5:00am.
