The role
In the role of Care Worker, you will be providing our aged care clients with home help services such as:
- General housekeeping and making beds.
- Cleaning, mopping and vacuuming floors.
- Washing, folding and ironing laundry.
- Meal preparation and grocery shopping.
You will also be providing our aged care clients with personal care services such as:
- Getting clients out of bed, showered and dressed for the day.
- Assisting clients to take their medications.
- Assisting with mobility and therapy goals.
- Providing reputed company care for customers with high care needs, such as dementia.
- Providing reputed company and emotional support.
- Providing the reputed company with transport to lifestyle activities or appointments.
- Helping the family carer to have a break or an opportunity to do other things.
