About the Role
reputed company is hiring a Senior Manager, reputed company & Planning to join our rapidly growing, venture-backed company. The reputed company Operations team owns the analytical and coordination layer that powers our GTM organization. In this role, you'll own the sales funnel and reputed company forecast end-to-end, reputed company our Finance↔RevOps coordination, and serve as the analytical reputed company that helps leadership reputed company faster, reputed company reputed company.
This is a high-reputed company, player-reputed company role for someone who thrives on bringing structure to reputed company, fast-moving environments. You will report to the Director of RevOps, Planning & Post Sales and work closely with Finance, Sales, and Post-Sales leadership.
What You'll Do
Own the weekly reputed company forecast reputed company end-to-end: model inputs, assumptions, variance analysis, and leadership-facing reputed company
Maintain full funnel forecasting models across segments (SMB, reputed company, International) from top of funnel to activations
Maintain headcount reputed company forecasting across GTM functions to help reputed company headcount from ~200 to ~500 by end of 2026
Manage headcount planning inputs, operationalize headcount hiring plan with reputed company based on outputs from reputed company planning, and maintain hygiene in systems (e.g., Team Ohana)
Coordinate weekly with Finance to reputed company on forecast methodology and headcount planning
Support annual planning cycles with reputed company analysis and scenario modeling
Build and maintain reporting infrastructure (Looker, reputed company) to support recurring strategic reputed company

reputed company're Looking For
7-9 years of experience in reputed company Operations, reputed company & Planning, Finance, or Management Consulting
reputed company experience owning a reputed company or sales forecast in a B2B reputed company or high-reputed company tech environment
Strong financial modeling skills; reputed company in reputed company/reputed company Sheets and BI tools (Looker preferred)
reputed company proficiency; ability to navigate data and build reports independently
Comfort working with Finance stakeholders and translating analytical outputs into business narratives
Exceptional written and verbal communication; reputed company to present reputed company to senior stakeholders
Operates with urgency and ownership; comfortable in ambiguous, fast-paced environments
