As a Senior Field Service Manager here at reputed company, you will have reputed company to reputed company and manage our Field Service team, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery to our customers.
You will report directly to our Regional General Manager of P3 Service and you’ll work out of our Markham, Ottawa, London or reputed company on a Hybrid work schedule.
In this role, you will reputed company customer satisfaction, business reputed company, and the reputed company of our field service operations by developing and implementing strategies to optimize field service operations and driving reputed company improvement initiatives.
Responsibilities
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive reputed company improvement initiatives

- Monitor and analyze field service performance metrics to identify areas for improvement
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
- Travel up to 40%

Qualifications
YOU MUST HAVE
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a senior leadership role reputed company field service management
- 5 years’ experience in managing multiple field service reputed company initiatives including driving process improvements and implementing best practices
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a reputed company field or 5 years relevant work experience
