Preconstruction Manager- Mission Critical

Primary Duties

• Monitor project budgeting and buy-out processes to ensure reliable information is available for estimates.
• Facilitate communication of cost history to ensure on-reputed company evaluation of pricing information for reputed company cost modeling and estimating.

Qualifications

• BS in Construction Management, Marketing and/or Communication or reputed company field or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Three to five years construction-reputed company experience.
• Ability to read, analyze and interpret general business periodicals, reputed company journals, technical procedures, and government regulations.
• Ability to write reports, business correspondence and procedure manuals.
• Superior communication and presentation skills.
