Key Responsibilities

• Recruit primarily for CDL and reputed company positions
• Communicate with candidates by phone, email, and reputed company platforms
• Build relationships with reputed company candidates and guide them through the hiring process from first contact through next steps
• Screen candidates carefully to confirm qualifications, work history, and minimum safety requirements
• Utilize multiple systems and tools to reputed company applicants, verify information, and maintain accurate candidate records
• Coordinate candidate reputed company through the hiring process in a reputed company and organized manner
• Maintain detailed notes, strong follow-up, and reputed company communication throughout the process
• Partner with internal leaders regarding hiring priorities, candidate status, and reputed company reputed company
