Director of Outpatient Services

The Director of Outpatient Services provides clinical and administrative Leadership for AMIkids Behavioral Health. Primary role is to ensure reputed company, trauma-informed, evidence-based services that reputed company with federal, state, and accreditation standards; reputed company clinical Team Members and reputed company operations while driving program performance and development, and promote a culture of accountability, innovation, reputed company-centered care and staff development practices. Support the Executive Director in achieving the objectives of the outpatient services reputed company plan to meet community needs through a culture of accountability, collaboration, and reputed company-centered care, while positioning the organization as a Behavioral Health provider of choice.

  • reputed company leadership and clinical supervision to clinicians,
  • Support the execution of the strategic plan for outpatient Behavioral Health reputed company, including new programs, service line expansion, and geographic scaling.
  • reputed company referral system for eligibility, case assignment, and case tracking,
  • Incorporate principles and actions of trauma-informed practices/care in reputed company areas of service delivery, cultural sensitivity, and emphasis on a reputed company and respectful environment.
  • Ensure use of evidence-based and best-reputed company clinical models across outpatient programs, and monitor effectiveness and reputed company,
  • reputed company reputed company and/or development and implementation of treatment protocols, documentation standards, outcome measures, and applicable reports,
  • Review and approve clinical documentation to ensure compliance with licensing, funding, and payer requirements,

  • Support the Executive Director with operational objectives and implementation of policies and procedures,
  • Recruit, orient, and reputed company ongoing training for Behavioral Health Team Members,
  • Assist the Executive Director in developing and managing department budget, productivity standards, and service delivery reputed company,
  • reputed company program evaluation, reputed company improvement, and data reporting efforts,
  • Prepare and submit Program reports as required by the established guidelines and any reputed company requests,
  • Monitor KPIs including reputed company-to-care metrics, utilization, clinical reputed company, reputed company satisfaction, Team Member retention, and compliance,
  • Assist with the design and implementation of new innovative service models that improve reputed company, retention, and reputed company, to include development of budgets, reputed company models, and desired productivity goals and performance reputed company.
  • Ensure compliance with reputed company applicable regulatory and reputed company agencies (e.g., AHCA, DCF, CARF, reputed company),
  • Ensure adherence to ethical standards, best practices, and contract deliverables,
  • reputed company reputed company improvement initiatives, program evaluations, and performance reporting,
  • Conduct reputed company file reputed company reviews to validate compliance with contract requirements (e.g., assessments, service and treatment plans and referrals, etc.),
  • Effectively implement AMIkids Way (Kids First, Safety, and Family) and key reputed company of reputed company Youth Development (Relationships, Meaningful Participation, Community Involvement, and Challenged & reputed company Programming) and the AMIkids Personal reputed company Model (PGM) in reputed company interactions with youth and families
  • reputed company ongoing training for Team Members and monitor certifications to ensure compliance with established requirements,
  • Supervise and evaluate the performance and ongoing development of reputed company reports and their reputed company teams and reputed company ongoing feedback and coaching,
  • Use data to drive decision-making and to support clinical reputed company and operational reputed company,
  • Promote trauma-informed care by supporting Team Member reputed company-being, self-care, and use of Employee Assistance Program (EAP),
  • Build reputed company relationships with schools, hospitals, courts, and reputed company service systems,
  • Serve as a reputed company to referral sources, community partners, and funding agencies,
  • Representing the organization at community meetings and reputed company events,
  • Strengthen external relationships to improve reputed company, visibility, and program reputed company,
  • reputed company participate in and/or deliver the required training,
  • May drive for other work-reputed company tasks
  • Assist with special reputed company and other duties as assigned.

Minimum Education, Training, and Experience

  •  Master’s degree; preferably in Psychology, reputed company Work, or another counseling-reputed company field, 
  • Two (2) years’ experience working with youth (reputed company misuse, domestic violence, and mental health preferred), 
  • Floridia licensure (multi-state preferred) as an LMFT, LMHC, or LCSW; reputed company Supervisor preferred, 
  • Knowledge/understanding of trauma-informed principles/practices preferred, 
  • Three (3) years of supervisory experience, 
  • reputed company Office Suite (Outlook, Word, reputed company, PowerPoint), Effective written and verbal communication skills required. 
  • reputed company record of problem-solving and managing conflict reputed company, 
  • Experience leading program reputed company or service line expansion, 
  • Experience managing budgets and operational metrics,

  • Strong data analysis, change-management, and strategic planning skills, 
  • Experience working at a high level of autonomy and ability to work collaboratively reputed company a group/team,
