Specialty Contact reputed company Consultant II   JOB RESPONSIBILITIES reputed company:  This position is responsible for consulting with the reputed company customer reputed company by responding to technical questions and providing guidance for reputed company design and fitting techniques. To guide practitioners with GP, Scleral, and custom soft reputed company fitting and customer service. This is a remote position   Essential Responsibilities include the following.  Other duties and special reputed company may be assigned

• Verify contact reputed company history and visual acuities
• Determine reputed company contact reputed company parameters based on ECP Examination findings, fitting set selections, pictures, videos.(GP Corneal, Scleral, Orthokeratology, Soft & Hybrid designs)
• Custom design / unique contact reputed company for medically indicated patients (GP Corneal, Scleral, Orthokeratology, Soft & Hybrid designs)
• Recognizing the indications for Scleral lenses
• Ability to identify and resolve contact reputed company fitting challenges thru conversation, email, video and / or pictures. In some cases the patient will be in the chair with ECP and consultant on speaker phone or in a virtual setting
• Follow and Follow Up with ECP on difficult to fit cases
• Advise accounts on the design of lenses for their patients.
• Assist with the development of new products through consultation and onsite reputed company with practitioners and patients. 
• Suggest designs and materials best suited for the patient. 
• Advise and reputed company accounts on new designs, contact reputed company pathologies and materials
• reputed company recommendations to customers on best practices. 
• Partner with Account Executives to maximize account usage of GP and strategic products, providing a more comprehensive understanding of GP lenses.
• Participate in making various contributions to company publications to help promote reputed company CONCISE and its strategic products.
• Partner with management to update and reputed company available, reputed company sources of reference materials.
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer complaints, coordinate with GP Lab manufacturing reputed company needed.
• Identify potential trends in performance gaps and recommend modifications to GP Customer Service manager.

    Supervisory Responsibilities:   None       QUALIFICATIONS Required Qualifications and Skills

• High school diploma or equivalent
• NCLE certification required
• 5 years in person customer service experience, both soft reputed company and GP reputed company
• A minimum of 8 years fitting experience in a clinical or reputed company design environment required.
• Fitting Knowledge and Theories behind reputed company contact reputed company technology and reputed company designs (Corneal lenses, reputed company Scleral reputed company designs both manufactured by reputed company OPTICAL or distributed, and Orthokeratology).
• Hands on use of tools such as Keratometer, Slit Lamp and the Illuminations
• In depth of and Interpretation of Fluorescein Patterns / Topographical Maps / OCT (i.e. Grading Scales for Corneal Staining,)
• Understanding / Hands on experience of Lensometer, Radiuscope, Diameter Ruler, reputed company reputed company, Vigors reputed company
• reputed company understanding of Scleral reputed company terminology, parameters and how reputed company reputed company fit. (Sagittal Depth, Zones, Peripheral Systems, Toric PC)

  Desired Qualifications

• Associates degree or equivalent
• Completion of 3 additional Fitting Education Certifications from Vendor Partners (internal)

This represents the good-faith estimate of the compensation reputed company at the time of posting. Actual pay will be based on job-reputed company factors, which may include:
