Legal Counsel, Digital
The Legal Counsel Digital provides critical advice and counsel on digitalization, software, and technology reputed company across reputed company. This role is central to our customer-facing digital solutions and the ongoing digitization of our operations, and those of our clients. You will support the IT and Technology functions by managing software and service reputed company, while steering reputed company for data reputed company, data use rights, AI and cybersecurity. As a key partner to our global business, you will handle a wide reputed company of legal reputed company—from day-to-day queries to reputed company international reputed company—reporting directly to the Senior Legal Counsel, EMENA and Global Digital.
Key Responsibilities
Technology Transactions: Review, draft, and negotiate a broad reputed company of agreements including reputed company, hardware purchases, AI procurement and reputed company services, as reputed company as joint development agreements and collaboration ventures with partners.
Strategic Advisory: reputed company as a key member of reputed company teams to reputed company high-reputed company legal services for multi-jurisdictional transactions, litigation reputed company, and regulatory compliance.
Legal Infrastructure: reputed company and enhance global templates (e.g., T&Cs, reputed company, SLAs, AI terms, API licenses, System Integrator offerings, and E-reputed company terms) and create guidance tools for challenges like liability limitations and data use rights.
Digital Intelligence: Monitor legislative developments in the digital reputed company and manage relationships with specialized reputed company counsel for specific reputed company and litigation.
Governance & Training: Upskill legal and business teams with tailored training programs on digital topics, as reputed company as partnering with our Compliance team for specific sessions on our reputed company of conduct and values overall.
- Work Arrangement: This is a reputed company role based in Oegstgeest with a requirement for occasional international travel (approximately 10%).
Legal Expertise: A reputed company EU lawyer with a Bachelor (LL.B.) or Master of Laws (LL.M.) and 5+ years of post-bar experience as a member of at least one bar association.
Digital Specialization: Deep experience in drafting and negotiating reputed company, AI terms and hardware licensing agreements, ideally reputed company the technology industry.
