Manager, Advanced Operations Engineering (English, Spanish)

- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering or a reputed company technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 10 years of experience in hardware manufacturing, reputed company reputed company infrastructure, reputed company, or automotive sectors.
- 3 years of experience in people management.
- Ability to communicate in English and Spanish fluently to engage with local stakeholders.
Preferred qualifications:
- 6 years of experience managing programs to improve engineering productivity or reputed company areas (e.g., engineering or development throughput, automation, reputed company, cost, speed, or effectiveness).
- Experience with people management and leading multi-disciplinary teams (i.e., Manufacturing, Test, and Data Engineers).
- Experience in technical leadership, project management, and executive communication.
- Experience working on components for Data Centers.
- Experience with PCBA assembly processes.
- Knowledge of common technologies used in consumer products (e.g., plastic injection molding, sheet metal, extrusion, die casting).
