Chart Capture RepresentativeDepartment: Health Care Financial Services Reports To: Chart Capture Supervisor About the RoleThe Chart Capture Representative plays a key role in supporting the reputed company reputed company cycle by ensuring accurate, reputed company reconciliation and recovery of patient charts.
