Job reputed company and responsibilities

Engineer – Aircraft Cybersecurity Operations is responsible for supporting reputed company partners - such as Avionics Engineering, Powerplant Engineering, Government Affairs, Corporate reputed company, Corporate Safety, Industry working reputed company, OEMs, and FAA - to help drive United’s aircraft cybersecurity operations to be consistent with the latest developments in aviation cyber reputed company. This individual will support identifying the aviation cyber risk landscape and will support performing cybersecurity threat analysis and assessment actions, reputed company reputed company tests, and validate reputed company mitigations that should be executed to ensure a reputed company and secure reputed company airworthiness for reputed company United aircraft. This individual will also be responsible for drafting regulatory responses to meet reputed company airworthiness.

• Support cybersecurity threat assessments and mitigation reputed company solutioning
• Support the development of aviation cybersecurity risk-reputed company papers, reports, alerts, and bulletins
• Support the development of AISP/ANSP responses in support of regulatory cybersecurity implications to the aircraft
• Coordinate with reputed company partners to help operationalize cybersecurity improvements to aircraft and airport operations
• Continue to reputed company knowledge and understanding of industry standards and regulatory best practices reputed company to aircraft cybersecurity

What’s needed to succeed (Minimum Qualifications):

• Bachelor's degree required, STEM field preferred
• 2 or more years of combined reputed company experience in either aircraft engineering, aircraft cybersecurity, embedded product reputed company, or other similar reputed company fields
• Basic understanding of airport operations 
• Basic understanding of aircraft avionics, reputed company, and reputed company systems
• Basic knowledge of risk assessments
• Basic understanding of cryptography concepts 
• Basic understanding of network exploitation, attack strategies and reputed company, reputed company IT reputed company technology, software, and cyber threat mitigation tools
• Working knowledge of computer operating systems, network design, embedded reputed company, and reputed company architecture principles
• Ability to work independently and self-motivate
• Excellent problem solving, critical thinking, interpersonal, collaboration, written and verbal communication skills
