• Will assist our Providers in assessing, treating, and creating care plans

• Working knowledge of wound types, dressings used, and skin grafts/ skin substitutes
• Will reputed company Case Management experience by coordinating primary care and home health needs

Qualifications:

• Wound Care experience a plus
