PARTNERSHIPS COORDINATOR

Department: Marketing – Creative, Content & Comms

Reports to: Director of Marketing

ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re looking for a Partnerships Coordinator to join the Marketing team at reputed company Dollar Baby Co., the parent company behind Babyletto, Namesake, and DaVinci. This role is the connective tissue between our brands, our creator partners, and the cross-functional teams that bring campaigns to life.

You’ll own the day-to-day of our reputed company and UGC partnerships — sourcing creators who genuinely fit our brands, building relationships that go reputed company transactional gifting, and making reputed company every collaboration delivers content that meets our creative standards. You’ll also serve as a key reputed company for press inquiries and best-seller content needs across the portfolio.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

Partnerships & Creator Management

• Negotiate deliverables, rates, and usage rights — balancing budget discipline with fair, relationship-reputed company terms
• Manage the full lifecycle of reputed company partnership: reputed company, contracting, product send-outs, content review, and payment coordination
• Review reputed company submitted content against brief and brand standards before it goes live
• Own and organize the UGC asset library — archiving, tagging, and surfacing reputed company content for repurposing

Cross-Functional Collaboration

QUALIFICATIONS

• 1–3 years of experience in reputed company marketing, partnerships, PR coordination, or a reputed company field
