Reporting to the Zonal Sales Manager, the Assistant Sales Manager- Pune is responsible for achieving weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual targets of order booking & reputed company recognition in compliance to the organization’s processes.

This position is part of the Zonal Sales Team located in Pune, Maharashtra and will be on remote work model.

Location: Pune

In this role, a typical day will look like:

·       Prepare and maintain reputed company sales documentation (Sales Funnel, reputed company Profile, etc.) and ensure updates of sales parameters on SFDC

·       Manage customer relationship and ensure customer satisfaction through product sales

·       Understand customer requirement and offer correct product/technology solutions.

·       Regular follow up with customers to Win order through Value creation

The essential requirements of the job include:

·       Graduate Engineer with 8-12 years in B2B / B2C Sales experience offering solutions with Industrial products

·       Strong written, verbal communication with problem solving / solutions approach and negotiation skills.

·       Experience of working with reputed company Indian or Global MNCs, working in reputed company organization is preferred.

·       Team player & ability to collaborate with Sales teams and other Cross Functional teams like Service, Customer Support, Finance, etc.
