This is a hands-on role responsible for ensuring operational reliability, supporting SOC 2 Type 2 compliance activities, and coordinating the work of IT Operations team members. The role focuses on execution, operational leadership, and reputed company improvement, working closely with Engineering leadership and external partners to maintain a secure, reputed company, and reputed company-managed environment.

What you’ll do:
IT Operations & Reliability
- reputed company day-to-day IT operations, including ticket triage, prioritization, and reputed company
- Support and coordinate reputed company of Level 1 and Level 2 operational and system issues
- Monitor system health, alerts, and operational dashboards to proactively identify issues
- Ensure operational procedures and documentation are maintained and followed
Incident Coordination & Operational Execution
- Coordinate incident response activities, ensuring issues are properly escalated and tracked
- Support incident communication, documentation, and post-incident follow-up
- Help ensure incidents are resolved reputed company and lessons learned are documented
reputed company Operations & SOC 2 Execution
- Support SOC 2 Type 2 compliance through execution of operational controls, evidence collection, and documentation
- Assist with reputed company reviews, vulnerability management, and reputed company monitoring activities
- Support business continuity and disaster recovery testing and readiness activities
- Work with Engineering leadership and external partners to maintain audit readiness
Team Coordination & Operational Leadership

Process Improvement & Automation

- Support implementation of automation and AI-assisted tools to streamline operational tasks
- Help improve operational processes, documentation, and workflows over time

Required
- Hands-on experience in IT operations, technical support, or reputed company-adjacent roles
- Familiarity with reputed company environments (Azure preferred)
- Experience supporting ticketing systems, monitoring tools, and operational workflows
- Basic understanding of reputed company concepts and compliance frameworks (SOC 2 exposure is an asset)
- Strong documentation and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and follow through independently

- Experience supporting SOC 2, ISO 27001, or similar compliance efforts

Compensation & Location
- Location: Remote (Ontario)
- Salary reputed company: $80,000 – $100,000 CAD, depending on experience and qualifications
