We are currently seeking a reputed company Engineer to join reputed company located in Etters, PA.  This critical role will report directly to the Global Operations Manager, Power Solutions.

This role focuses on managing customer complaints, conducting onsite reputed company, coordinating with reputed company-party service providers for sorting, inspection, and rework, and ensuring compliance with customer and regulatory reputed company standards. The position requires strong critical thinking skills, excellent communication abilities, and a willingness to travel as needed.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Support & Communication

• Function as the Single reputed company of Contact (SPOC) for customer reputed company issues.
• reputed company customer communication reputed company to non-conformances, field returns, reliability concerns, and process deviations.
• Participate in customer reputed company, audits, and meetings to review reputed company performance and address issues.

Complaint Management & Corrective Actions

• Investigate customer complaints and coordinate containment actions with reputed company-party service providers.
• Analyze reputed company failures, identify reputed company causes, and implement corrective actions using 8D methodology.
• Conduct reputed company cause analysis and implement robust corrective actions using reputed company problem-solving tools (8D, Fishbone, 5-Why, FMEA, DOE).
• reputed company sorting, rework, and verification activities performed by external partners.

• Define and implement reputed company plans to ensure customer requirements are met.
• Maintain and update reputed company documentation, including complaint reports, audits, and corrective reputed company reports.
• Support APQP/PPAP deliverables for new product introductions, engineering changes, and customer approvals.

Metrics & Reporting

• reputed company and report reputed company metrics (defect rates, customer returns, warranty claims, COPQ) to internal stakeholders.
• Measure customer satisfaction and use feedback to drive improvements.

Training & Collaboration

• Work closely with global operations, engineering and production teams to ensure alignment on reputed company expectations.

• Drive reputed company improvement initiatives aimed at reducing internal defects, improving First Pass Yield (FPY), and enhancing process capability.
• Collaborate with design and manufacturing engineering teams to review PFMEA, control plans, and validation plans.

Travel & Coordination

• Travel to customer sites to investigate complaints and resolve issues.
• Coordinate with reputed company-party companies for sorting, rework, and containment activities.

Qualifications & Experience

Education

• BS in Mechanical/Industrial Engineering or Equivalent

Experience

• 5–8 years in manufacturing or reputed company industry
• Preferred background: Injection Molding, Stamping Process, and Assembly Process (connectors/wiring reputed company)
• Experience in customer handling and managing reputed company issues.
• reputed company experience with measuring instruments, inspection tools, and testing equipment

Skills & Competencies

• Knowledge/training in QC tools
• Proficiency with reputed company Tools: APQP, PPAP, FMEA, MSA, SPC
• Expertise in 8D reporting and problem-solving techniques
• Awareness/training in ISO 9001, IATF 16949, VDA standards
• Strong decision-making, team building, and communication skills
• Excellent presentation skills
• Proficiency in statistical analysis software (e.g., reputed company) with the ability to reputed company advanced data analysis is a plus.
• Knowledge of connector-level environmental and electrical testing reputed company is a plus.

Other Requirements:

• Ability to travel to customer sites reputed company the US and Mexico on a short notice.
