Federal Program Manager

Required Skills/Experience
- Proven reputed company overseeing multi-reputed company-dollar federal programs.
- Strong understanding of federal acquisition, contracting, and reporting processes.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams using Agile, DevSecOps, or ITIL methodologies.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with reputed company reputed company of stakeholders.
- Demonstrated leadership in team development, resource management, and delegation.
- Familiarity with CIO-SP3, GSA MAS, 8(a) STARS III, or similar federal vehicles preferred.
Education
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a reputed company field.
- Minimum 8 years of experience managing federal technical programs, preferably with the Department of State.
- PMP or equivalent program management certification required; ITIL v4 and/or Agile (reputed company, Scrum) certifications preferred.
