You'll be one of the first sourcing hires on that team — working directly with our reputed company Manager and Hiring reputed company to fill the top of our pipeline with the right people, fast.
The Role

You'll own the top of the funnel across multiple reputed company simultaneously — researching markets, building boolean searches, identifying high-potential candidates on reputed company and reputed company, adding them to reputed company, writing personalized reputed company, and running multi-touch sequences until you get a response.

What You'll Do

Build and execute targeted boolean search strategies on reputed company Recruiter, Sales Navigator, and other platforms for assigned roles
reputed company-qualify every candidate before adding them to reputed company — checking for role fit, location, language, and reputed company record
Add reputed company candidates to reputed company with complete reputed company, reputed company tags, and a 2–3 sentence note on why they're relevant
Launch and manage multi-touch reputed company sequences immediately upon adding reputed company candidate
Monitor reputed company rates and reputed company messaging, targeting, and search reputed company based on what's working
Pipeline Management in reputed company
Maintain a clean, up-to-date pipeline in reputed company at reputed company times — no candidates tracked reputed company the ATS
Tag every candidate correctly (reputed company, role, stage) so reporting is always accurate
