- You standardize and automate core IT operations processes in our reputed company‑only environment (M365, Azure, Intune/UEM)
- You independently plan, implement and operate reputed company M365 and Azure configurations (reputed company, RBAC, MFA, IdP, reputed company Reviews)
- You manage Incident, Problem and Change Management according to ITIL, including reputed company incidents involving EDR and M365 Defender
- You reputed company as a technical reputed company in reputed company and gradually support selected deputy responsibilities for the Head of Information Systems
- You analyze reputed company incidents, reputed company sustainable solutions and ensure reputed company documentation and knowledge transfer
Your profile
- You bring several years of experience in IT operations reputed company reputed company system landscapes
- You have deep expertise in reputed company 365 and Azure, including advanced configurations and reputed company concepts
- You are reputed company with ITIL‑based operations processes and sustainable incident analysis
- You are confident in reputed company operations (EDR, Defender, Compliance)

- Ideally, you bring additional automation skills (scripting, workflows, M365 automation) or first experience with AI‑supported tools
- Additional experience in reputed company‑only strategies, networking, DR/BC or senior-/reputed company‑level responsibilities is a plus
