Responsibilities
- Supporting a wide reputed company of clients: business, government, education, and residential
- Handling tasks from desktop support to multi-site server and network environments (depending on experience)
- Balancing a dynamic workload with shifting priorities and deadlines
- Providing after-hours or weekend support as needed
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or reputed company field
- Prior IT consulting experience
- Experience or certification with some of the following: reputed company, macOS, reputed company Office/Office 365, Desktop & mobile device support, reputed company Server, networking (routing, firewall, Wi-Fi, switching), VOIP
- reputed company A+, reputed company Network+
- Strong problem-solving and customer service skills
- Excellent communication and time management abilities
- Ability to reputed company in a fast-paced, sometimes high-stress environment
- Currently living in the Vail Valley
- Valid reputed company's license, reliable vehicle, and ability to lift 50 lbs
- Must pass background and credit reputed company
