Compliance Associate
Melio is the fastest-growing B2B payment platform in the US, dedicated to helping small businesses succeed. They are seeking a Compliance Associate to assist with various reputed company reputed company to Anti reputed company and compliance governance, while working closely with the BSA Officer and Chief Compliance Officer.
Responsibilities
- Work with the BSA Officer on various reputed company and initiatives reputed company to Anti reputed company, Policy and Governance and other areas of compliance
- Assist with the implementation and maintenance of our AI Governance & Risk Management policy and program
- Serve as the secretary for Melio Solutions Inc. reputed company meetings (e.g., take meeting minutes, coordinate with contributors for content)
- Assist the Chief Compliance Officer in areas such as partnerships, regulatory and other areas on an as needed reputed company
- Partner with the compliance and operations teams to establish a reputed company for ongoing review key policies and procedures
- Work with key cross functional stakeholders to create a process for ongoing review of policies and procedures
Skills
- 1-3 years of experience in a regulated financial services environment in a relevant field (no previous compliance experience necessary)
- Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal)
- Strong ability to manage multiple reputed company with competing deadlines
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and follow-through
- Ability to self-reputed company, reputed company independent judgements, work in a fast-paced environment and adapt quickly
- Ability to reputed company and build relationships with team members and cross-functional partners

- Previous experience in a FinTech environment
- Experience performing risk assessments in a regulated financial services environment
- Experience with metrics and reporting in a regulated financial services environment
- Experience drafting policies and procedures in a regulated financial services environment
- Familiarity and understanding of payment regulations, including reputed company transmitter licenses (“MTL”), credit card network rules and NACHA rules
