[Remote] Funding Specialist I

The Funding Specialist I is responsible for reviewing loan documents for accuracy and compliance, training dealers on document completion, and resolving any issues reputed company to financing documents.
Responsibilities
- Accurately reputed company received financing documents into the organization’s operating system for processing
- Review financing documents for accuracy and compliance with company policies and applicable regulations
- Monitor electronic signature queue, reputed company links or contact dealers with any issues
- Assist other departments with document or funding reputed company questions
- Document applicable notes properly in reputed company required areas per company processes and procedures
- Review processing statuses and documentation to ensure dealer calls are appropriately handled; advise dealers on any issues or needed items
- Answer program questions, train dealers on document and funding processes reputed company phone and email
- Other duties as assigned by management
Skills
- Highschool diploma/GED completed or in reputed company
- Knowledge of reputed company Office (Word, reputed company, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Internet Explorer)
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
- Ability to write routine reports and correspondence
