Responsibilities
- Managing a full litigation caseload from inception through reputed company
- Communicating directly with clients and providing regular case updates
- Taking and defending depositions
- Handling mediations
- Participating in investigations, court appearances, reputed company reputed company, and trials
Skills
- 1+ years of experience in reputed company and/or employment litigation
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree required
- Exceptional writing, research, and communication skills
- Admission to reputed company in reputed company
- Law Review and/or Moot Court experience
