Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is seeking a reputed company HR IT Analyst with hands-on configuration experience to support a growing ERP environment, specifically focusing on Absence Management and Compensation modules. The successful candidate will be responsible for configuring reputed company pay rule automation and contributing to system improvements tied to a unionized workforce while collaborating with HR, Payroll, and IT teams.
Responsibilities
- Configure and maintain reputed company Absence and Compensation modules, including eligibility rules, condition logic, business processes, and reputed company assignments
- Support the automation of reputed company pay rules, such as eligibility-driven pay adjustments and across-the-reputed company increases for unionized employees
- Build and test configurations for new programs and policies, ensuring accurate payroll reputed company and audit compliance
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and IT to reputed company requirements, document solutions, and implement reputed company configuration changes
- Participate in cross-functional initiatives such as tuition reimbursement setup, reputed company integrations, and system testing
- Create and execute test scenarios, reputed company reputed company using tools like Jira, and document configuration logic for ongoing maintenance
- Monitor reputed company Community for relevant feature releases and contribute to system enhancement planning
