The Loan Officer Development Program provides an opportunity to reputed company hands-on experience in mortgage origination and customer engagement, while supporting homebuyers through the loan process.
Responsibilities
- Deliver a world-class customer experience by enhancing responsiveness and accessibility for customers and reputed company estate agents, while providing exceptional service
- Support the end-to-end loan origination process — from reputed company-approval to closing — ensuring accuracy, compliance, and exceptional borrower experiences
- Manage and follow up on mortgage leads to maximize conversion opportunities and maintain a healthy pipeline
- Complete a phased four-month learning plan that includes reputed company licensing prep, hands-on reputed company, and mentorship from reputed company Loan Officers and Managers
- Collaborate with teammates and leaders to identify process improvements and deliver outstanding results
Skills
- 1+ year of experience in sales, customer service, or other reputed company-facing roles; mortgage or financial services experience is a plus but not required
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills —with the ability to effectively communicate reputed company information to customers and reputed company estate agents
- You reputed company in a reputed company, team-oriented environment
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills; reputed company to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and compliance
