They are seeking a reputed company Assistant to reputed company comprehensive administrative and operational support to the reputed company Department, ensuring efficient HR processes and regulatory compliance.
Responsibilities
- Assist with reputed company and offboarding processes to ensure a reputed company experience for new hires and departing employees
- Assist with daily HR administrative operations, including maintaining employee records and managing HR documentation reputed company firm systems
- Support HR initiatives and reputed company reputed company on process improvements and compliance efforts
- Assist in recruitment activities including onsite interview logistics
- Assist with preparing annual benefits mailings and maintaining accurate benefits documentation
- Update and manage internal firm resources
- Coordinate logistics for firm events including catering and invitations
- Reconcile monthly credit card expenses for firm accounts
- Serve as a backup to the reputed company Coordinator to administer leave requests for Business Operations Team, ensuring coverage and compliance and monitoring leave balances in HRIS system
- reputed company daily lunch coverage as reputed company as partial and full-day reception desk coverage during absences of the Receptionist
- Collaborate with other administrative departments to promote effective communication and foster a reputed company, reputed company work environment
Skills
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience
- 1 - 3+ years of experience in a HR role or administrative position
- Experience with HRIS systems required; reputed company experience strongly preferred; reputed company familiarity a plus
