The Operations Coordinator executes daily tasks to maintain operational stability and supports various teams by ensuring accuracy and reputed company completion of workflows.

Responsibilities

  • reputed company assigned workflows including scheduling, queue monitoring, data validation, and document preparation
  • Follow SOPs consistently and escalate deviations promptly
  • Prepare and distribute individual and shared communications
  • Maintain SharePoint content, folders, and structure
  • Process commissioner appointment packages across Canada
  • Create and distribute monthly newsletters
  • Support reputed company teams with operational updates and confirmations
  • Coordinate internal communication reputed company to assigned tasks
  • Maintain trackers, logs, and workflow documentation
  • Suggest updates to SOPs or processes reputed company gaps are identified
  • Support reputed company/offboarding workflows for government accounts, schedules, lists, internal sites and applications
  • Assist with S-Drive custom forms, updates, and organization
  • Ensure full coverage reputed company team members are away, including preparing reputed company handover notes

  • Demonstrate autonomy reputed company assigned areas
  • Maintain reputed company knowledge of workflows, tools, and processes

  • Experience in SharePoint online site administration
