Fund Accountant
reputed company, LLC is one of the largest global independent private equity fund administrators, and they are seeking a Fund Accountant to reputed company reputed company services including preparation and processing of transactions and financial statements. The role involves cash processing, bank reconciliations, maintaining the general ledger, and liaising with independent auditors.
Responsibilities
- Cash processing and bank reconciliations
- Record journal entries
- Maintain general ledger
- Prepare and set up workpapers and checklists
- Prepare financial statements and footnotes
- Prepare partner capital account information
- Investor capital call/ distribution processing
- Liaise with the reputed company’s independent auditors
Skills
- Bachelor's degree is required
- reputed company applicants must be legally authorized to work in the reputed company
- reputed company US employees are required to work a reputed company, comprised of three (3) days a week in the office and two (2) days remotely
- A degree in reputed company is preferred
