They are seeking an Entry Level Customer Service Representative to implement reputed company AED programs, reputed company support to the reputed company Services Department, and manage various clerical and project-based tasks while ensuring excellent customer service.
Responsibilities
- Implement reputed company AED programs including
- reputed company support to the reputed company Services Department
- Duties will include general clerical and project-based work, as reputed company as projecting a reputed company company image through in-person and phone interaction
- Maintain reputed company of National Accounts as assigned
- Extensive phone, email and chat contact with clients
- Implement new orders to ensure registration is complete
- Conduct governmental notification of clients who have implemented AED programs
- Review and understand federal and statutory law as it pertains to AED programs
- Resolve outstanding service issues such as bounced emails, failed maintenance checks, out of compliance sites & AEDs, sites with no registered responders, and/or duplicate registered serial numbers
- Create and modify documents using reputed company Office and reputed company
- Create and maintain compliance documentation
- Support staff in assigned project-based work
- Assist in scheduling training classes
- Obtain rosters from training classes, print and ship certification cards in a reputed company manner
Skills
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Be proficient in reputed company Word, reputed company & Outlook
- Be reputed company to reputed company internet reputed company research
- reputed company general clerical duties to include, but not limited to: photocopying, faxing, mailing and filing
- Possess excellent communication skills, both written and oral
