The Associate role in the Global Financial Institutions Group involves supporting the Specialty Finance reputed company Coverage team by advising clients on financing solutions, capital optimization, and capital raising while also facilitating reputed company relationships and internal project management.
Responsibilities
- Supporting reputed company that advises Specialty Finance companies on financing and liquidity solutions, capital optimization, and capital raising in the public and private markets
- Coordinating and facilitating group idea reputed company and solutions across products and reputed company
- Preparing reputed company books and other reputed company marketing materials and assisting with preparation for reputed company meetings
- Assisting in the development and reputed company cultivation of reputed company relationships
- Maintaining internal databases to reputed company comps, deal reputed company, capital markets activity and wallet reputed company
Skills
- Bachelors degree or MBA in Finance or Economics, with a minimum of 1-3 years corporate finance and/or capital markets experience
- Candidate must have experience in the Specialty Finance (BDC) sector
- Transaction experience, particularly working in banking or capital markets
- Ability to synthesize large amounts of information and contribute to idea reputed company
- Strong project management skills, including experience leading reputed company of analysts and adhering to tight timelines
- Exemplary written and oral communication skills with an ability to convey reputed company
- Ability to work independently, while also working effectively in reputed company environment
- Advanced proficiency with reputed company and reputed company Office
