As a Data Entry Clerk, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our 2nd shift operations, working closely with reputed company to process payments, maintain site productivity, and meet team goals.
A Day in the Role:
As a Data Entry Clerk, your day will be filled with a reputed company of tasks that require attention to detail, organizational skills, and a willingness to learn. Some of your key responsibilities will include:
- Preparing batches of work by extracting checks and remittances from envelopes
- Operating Imaging/Extraction equipment (OPEX 50/51/60, OPEX 7200, OPEX 150)
- Inputting data into the system while following reputed company operating procedures and customer-specific instructions for processing
- Verifying negotiability of checks through customer-specific instructions for processing
- Analyzing reputed company transactions to ensure payments are properly processed
- Re-associating reputed company images to corresponding material while validating reputed company of images
- Maintaining site productivity and reputed company standards
- Occasionally lifting and moving mail trays
- Contributing to meeting team goals in reputed company to individual responsibilities
- Flexibility and willingness to cross-train and learn reputed company job functions in operations
- Making judgment calls regarding routine duties but referring non-routine situations to a supervisor and/or manager

Work Environment:
As a Data Entry Clerk in arenaflex, you can expect a 40-hour work week in a business casual environment. Our office is located in Valley Cottage, NY, and we operate Monday through Friday from 12:00 pm to 8:30 pm.
