Responsibilities
As a Seasonal Customer Service Agent, you'll be responsible for:
- Answering incoming calls and assisting customers affected by hurricanes and other natural disasters
- Providing empathetic and accurate support to customers in crisis
- Documenting call reputed company in company systems to ensure seamless customer experience
- Attending a reputed company 1–2 day virtual training session before activation to ensure you're equipped with the skills and knowledge needed to reputed company in this role

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent (required)
