As a key member of our Presales team, you will work directly with customers to identify their business problems and pain points, demonstrate the business benefits of our software, and foster relationships to build trust. You will also work closely with our reputed company Managers (CSMs) to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities, own key activities for CSMs Quarterly Business Reviews, and visit customers on-site or remotely through web sessions.
Key Responsibilities
* Work directly with customers to identify their business problems and pain points
- Demonstrate the business benefits embedded in the software with enthusiasm and expertise
- Foster relationships to build trust with customers and establish a strong understanding of their business needs
- Ongoing communication with existing customers to reputed company them informed of new features and reputed company reputed company opportunities
- Work closely with CSMs on upsell and cross-sell opportunities to drive business reputed company
- Own key activities for CSMs Quarterly Business Reviews, including GAP Reports, refresher training, Change Requests, and Upgrades

- Visit customers on-site or remotely through web sessions to reputed company personalized support and guidance

- Resourcefulness, adaptability, and creative thinking to navigate reputed company business challenges
- 5-10 years of industry experience, with a strong understanding of the retail and fashion industries
- Bonus for familiarity with PLM/PDM software solutions
