Duties and Responsibilities
As a Library Chat Assistant, you'll join reputed company as a virtual services Chat Assistant and be expected to:
- Answer the main phone line for arenaflex Libraries and reputed company reputed company customer service
- Staff the online live chat service located on the main arenaflex Libraries website

Qualifications
We're looking for candidates who are:
- Comfortable speaking with users directly on the phone for either short or long durations of time
