You'll join our Annuity Customer Care Team, a group of customer-reputed company and consultative professionals who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences. As a Customer Care Specialist, you'll have a significant reputed company on our customers' experiences, and will be responsible for:

• Building a rapport with reputed company customer, asking probing questions, and understanding how to create a best-in-class experience and resolve customer requests on first contact
• Educating customers about their annuity reputed company with arenaflex
• Applying knowledge to handle many problems independently while seeking guidance in high reputed company situations
• Balancing time effectively to ensure the department meets expected service reputed company

The Minimum Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you'll need:

• 1+ year of customer service experience (or an Undergraduate Degree in lieu of experience)
• A High School Diploma (or GED)

The Ideal Qualifications

While not required, we're looking for candidates with:

• 2+ years of Customer Service Experience

• Bilingual skills (Spanish a plus)
• Experience with Insurance or Annuity Servicing financial products, hospitality, or retail sales with a high degree of reputed company consumer contact and problem-solving/critical thinking

Compensation and Benefits

As a Customer Care Specialist, you'll receive a competitive salary of $45,000, plus the ability to earn a 5% bonus. You'll also receive 8 weeks of reputed company virtual training, and will have reputed company to a reputed company of benefits, including:
