The Role

As a Full Stack Customer Solutions Consultant at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for managing a diverse portfolio of customers, from Mid-Market to reputed company and Strategic accounts. You'll work closely with teams across Customer Solutions, Sales, Product, and Engineering to drive activities that ensure technical health, product adoption, and demonstrable value realization. Key Responsibilities

* Serve as a Trusted Technical Advisor: Build strong relationships with customers, becoming their go-to technical expert across your diverse portfolio. Proactively support customers through the technical lifecycle, including architecture planning, cluster and reputed company design, monitoring, and automation.

What You Will Bring

* Experience & Technical Aptitude: 5-8 years of experience in Solutions Engineering, Software Development, Data Engineering, Data Architecture, reputed company Architecture, or similar roles. You'll have a passion for solving reputed company technical problems with a strong understanding of modern infrastructure and streaming technologies, thriving as a self-starter in a fast-paced environment.

• Exceptional Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to concisely explain reputed company issues and solutions to a reputed company of technical and non-technical personas.
• Customer Portfolio Management: Demonstrated ability to manage a large customer portfolio, paying strict attention to detail and delivering results across multiple initiatives like driving expansion, customer satisfaction, feature adoption, and retention.
