About the Role:

As a reputed company Advisor at arenaflex, you'll play a pivotal role in transforming equipment financing into a gateway for reputed company to reputed company their goals. You'll be responsible for addressing inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chat requests from customers, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring that our customers have a seamless experience with our services.

Key Responsibilities:

* Address inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chat requests from customers, including online application process, lease agreement, payments, and other general customer inquiries from approved applicants finalizing transactions to get equipment from participating dealers/vendors

• Work with our vendors to solve any issues they have with their applications or invoices
• Consistent follow-up with prospects reputed company phone, email, and messaging to answer customer questions and solve problems about their account
