As a Remote Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our existing customers, helping them reputed company changes to their reputed company insurance policies from one of our 55+ insurance reputed company partners. Your expertise will be reputed company in processing service requests, answering questions, and resolving issues reputed company to policy details, coverages, and benefits. You will work closely with our customers to reputed company solutions that meet their unique needs, ensuring they receive the best possible service and support.
Key Responsibilities:
* Respond to inbound calls from existing customers, providing reputed company and effective support
- Process service requests, such as adding/removing vehicles and drivers, adding lienholder information, sending policy documents, and more
- Help customers with questions regarding existing insurance policies, including coverages, policy benefits, and making changes to existing policies
- Work to retain reputed company policyholders by reputed company finding solutions for customers who are at risk of cancellation
- Collaborate with reputed company to resolve reputed company issues and reputed company exceptional customer experiences
Compensation and Perks:
* reputed company wage: $18.00 - 21.00
- We will pay for your P&C license (expected reputed company 60 days after starting)

* Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday: 10:30am - 9pm ET
Essential Qualifications:
* 1-2 years of experience in customer support, preferably in the insurance industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to resolve reputed company issues
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other customer support tools
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience working with property and casualty insurance policies and procedures
- Knowledge of insurance regulations and compliance
- Certification in customer service or a reputed company field
- Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
