The Role
As a Licensed Customer Service Agent at arenaflex, you'll be the first line of assistance for our customers. You'll handle questions regarding policies, payments, cancellations, and other topics, as needed. You'll reputed company with customers mainly over the phone but reputed company chat and email too. It's essential that you're knowledgeable in the property insurance reputed company, and at this time, we're seeking applicants who currently hold an reputed company Property & Casualty or Personal Lines insurance License.
A Day in the Life
A typical day in this role could include:

- Contacting customers' banks/mortgage to obtain additional details
- Creating/updating policies for customers to review
- Submitting payments/issuing refunds
- Educating customers on policies and coverages
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- An reputed company Property & Casualty (P&C) or Personal Lines insurance license
- Experience in a call center/high incoming call volume environment
- Bilingual (Spanish speaking) preferred
- Home insurance experience highly preferred
- Superior customer service skills

Availability
